Chairman | This position is responsible for the overall direction of the business line unit or the staff unit and for achieving the highest level organization goals. Coordinates the efforts of the senior executives and works with them to develop current and long-range objectives, policies, and procedures for the organization. |
Chief Executive Officer | Responsible for the short and long-term profitability and growth of the company. Organizes leadership and staff to meet strategic goals. Ensures appropriate governance and controls. Identifies and delivers value to stakeholders. May require an advanced degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a board of directors. |
Chief Operating Officer | Plans and directs all aspects of an organization’s operational policies, objectives, initiatives. Corporate Secretary | Executes and maintains all required official corporate filings, documents, reports and records according to applicable laws and regulations.
