Position

The position is three reporting level below the president’s position.

The greatest number of supervisory/managerial subordinate levels reporting to this job is one.

Human Resources Major functions report to this position.

The number of employees that report directly to this position i.e., “the span of control” is two.

Direct Organization Responsibility

The position is directly responsible for a Department.

The number of employees in the direct organizational unit is 6-15.

The expense budget of the organization’s unit is between $1,500,001 – $3,000,000.

Indirect Organization Responsibility

The position is indirectly responsible for the Corporation.

The position has advisory – provide advice and counsel accountability to the organizational unit listed above.

The number of employees in the indirect organizational unit is 4,001-7,000. The expense budget of the organization’s unit is between $3,000,001 – $6,000,000.
